OK

Well heres what I want to know;

The law is that Lifejackets must be worn by ANY person onboard a vessel less than 7m in length. Regardless of water depth.

IS JOAN BURTON GOING TO BE CHARGED, AND IF NOT WHY NOT?! 23
Theres plenty of evidence... its like its one rule for them and another for the taxpayer.

thats not the law though is it? theres restrictions, limitations and exemptions within the act.

I am also led to believe this was on a flooded road and not a waterway?
