Sept 1999, Garda Richard Nolan,42, from Enniscorthy, Co Wexford and Ambrose Fogarty, 27, from Terryglass, Tipperary, died when their patrol car crashed in Enniscorthy as they went to the aid of colleagues. Gda Nolan was married with three children.
