Special Escort Group

Found an interesting vid of the SEG online today and thought it might be of interest to the bike nuts on here.

Officers from The SEG (Special Escort Group) are among the few police motorcyclists in the UK that openly carry firearms whilst riding. All SEG officers are Class 1 Advanced Drivers, Class 1 Advanced Motorcyclists and are fully trained in anti-hijack driving and firearms tactics. The SEG uses a wide range of other vehicles aside from motorcycles including Range Rovers, and BMW 5 Series, both marked and unmarked.

The motorcycle officers of the SEG carry Glock 17s, all are qualified in the use of the German Heckler & Koch MP5, making each member an Authorised Firearms Officer.

The video is out of date and the backing music is annoying as fuck, but the professionalism shows why the SEG get all the gucci assignments.
