Firefighters. Tonight, 8.30pm RTE1
It was a great show to be fair. Really enjoyed it. Looking forward to the next series.

Yep, quick too !
We trained hard ... but it seemed that every time we were beginning to form up into teams we would be reorganized. I was to learn later in life that we tend to meet any new situation by reorganizing; and a wonderful method it can be for creating the illusion of progress while producing confusion, inefficiency, and demoralization.

Red T D and I, the term "shit off a shiney shovel" has been used.

As for the co-operation issue lads are always going to be wary of possible back lash, but the way it was made and edited it came out really well. Say lads will be tripping over each other to be on a second series

Think it started off as Rescue 116 (Dublin) and evolved into full SAR program. Same makers of Rescue 117 programs (RTE Cork). Our ugly mugs are in the 1st and 3rd eposides. Presenter Claire Byrne was out following us around a few times, or should I say we were following her around. 19

Next they will have the cameras on the EAS as all the Irish TV program makers seem to do is copy what the english have done 2 years ago. About time and good to see.
